Optimum cleaning of the panel and the work environment

The Dust Free system removes all dust during the machining operation itself. It's a device housed in the robotic unit and designed to improve the quality of the finish and the work environment.

OPERA R seems to be a typical wide belt sander.

Instead of the usual wide belt though, one to two robot sanders are built into this machine!

Through an upstream 3D-scanner the machine control will transmit the surface profile.

This selects the respective sanding tool and the right motion sequence of the robot arms.

2015 the OPERA R has been brought to the market.
