This machine was developed the about four years ago.

They are built to order in Southern Indiana and we now have over 60 machines running in the field.

We offer two models 90 degree and angle. The machine is designed with two 5.5 HP heads one for the frame and one for the panel.

Both parts are run face down for a perfect joint.

We used three wing inserts on the 90 machine and are putting 6 wing diamond heads on the angle machine.

We also offer two different cutter heads one for 1/2” and 3/4” and one for 3/4” only.

The 90 sells for $18,000.00 and the angle is $28,000.00 with the diamond heads.

The machine is built with a heavy steel top and frame.

We are using a Comatic DC-70 feeder. We cut back the second roller and remove the fifth to allow 1 1/4” frame parts.
