Charlotte, NC—Biesse America, the largest exhibitor at IWF 2022 (Booth B7553-73), earned a coveted spot among the 20 finalists for the IWF Challengers Distinguished Achievement Award® competition when its T-Jet: Dust Mitigation System was selected by the judging panel from a field of 86 entries.

The 20 finalists will perform live demonstrations for the judges’ review on Monday, August 22, the day prior to the opening of the IWF 2022. Biesse America’s IWF 2022 microsite highlights innovations that the technology company will present during the show. These include 360-degree management of production job orders, from the generation phase to scheduling and production start-up with Smartconnection.

Also on tap is the new B_SOLID 4.0 software, a user-friendly software solution that all operators can use without the need for special IT skills. And, at IWF 2022 Biesse will demonstrate solutions to labor resources in factory positions that require the human touch, while automating the positions that don’t.

At IWF 2022 Biesse will partner with IWF exhibitor Automatech Robotik (Booth A10654) to demonstrate how smart implementation of robotics can benefit production quality and consistency, which reduces labor costs, increases productivity, and improves safety.

For follow up in the weeks after IWF 2022, Biesse welcomes visitors to its Charlotte Campus, where a new 10,000-sq.-ft. state-of-the-art business center was added last year, bringing the total square footage to 77,000 square feet.
